Getting Help (v0.3)

The Product Connect toolbar includes a Help icon that links you through to the main Help page on our Igloo Studios web site (see Figure 1).

From the Help page of our web site, you can then choose to view help articles, request training, or provide feedback via Get Satisfaction.
Note: Specific options for Getting Started, Help, Request a Product, and Send Feedback are accessible from the following SketchUp menus:
Plugins > Product Connect
Help > Product Connect
We are dedicated to making Product connect a useful and reliable tool. To that end, we’ve added a new Bug Report form for you to use in the event you experience any issues with the plug-in. If you find a bug, please use the form to send us the information we need in order to squash those lil’ fellers.
You can also use the bug report form to submit any issues having to do with the Product Connect enabled SketchUp components that we’ve uploaded to the Trimble 3D Warehouse.
